Today, at the Palace of the Republic, the President of Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik, hosted the swimming team of the Russian Federation led by coach Sergey Chepik. On this occasion, President Dodik expressed his honor at the arrival of this team in Banja Luka, which will participate in the International Swimming Meet “April 22.”
President Dodik emphasized that he always supports sporting events and competitions that promote Republika Srpska, and that the participation of top Russian swimmers will especially enrich this swimming meet.
During the reception, the coach of the Russian swimming team, Sergey Chepik, expressed his gratitude to the President of the Republic for the warm welcome, excellent organization, and strengthening of international relations through sports.
President Dodik wished the Russian Federation’s swimming team a pleasant stay in Srpska and much success and luck in this and all upcoming competitions.
The reception was also attended by the Russian Federation’s Ambassador to BiH, Igor Kalabukhov, and the Minister of Family, Youth, and Sports of Republika Srpska, Selma Čabrić.
