In Brussels, delegate of the Club of Serbs in the House of Peoples of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH, Radovan Kovačević, had a meeting with Eliane Tillieux, President of the Chamber of Representatives of the Parliament of the Kingdom of Belgium. He thanked her for supporting BiH’s European path and the decision to open accession negotiations.
“We have noted that there are numerous similarities between Belgium and BiH, primarily in terms of complexity and the level of decentralization. I mentioned that it is very important for us that Belgium, as a highly decentralized country, is a successful member of the European Union and definitely the best example for us to follow on our European path,” Kovačević wrote on X.
He also thanked Mrs. Tillieux for her promise to continue supporting the European integration of BiH and to provide us with the necessary assistance in this regard.
