Despite the fact that, in the past, the outvoting of Serbian judges and now in the incomplete Constitutional Court of BiH, three foreigners, two Bosniak judges, and one Croatian judge have made decisions dictated by Sarajevo and Western unitary politics, for two decades, they have been obstructing the Stabilization and Association Agreement, which BiH signed with the European Union.
They do not allow themselves to be subjected to the mandatory internal control mechanism of financial and all other operations, as are all other budgetary consumers, according to the Brussels agenda.
