Nenad Stevandić, the President of the National Assembly of Republika Srpska, stated that the remark made by Isak Rama, the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, that “at 11:01, he will arrest Milorad Dodik, the President of Republika Srpska, if he declares independence at 11:00,” is a manifestation of exhibitionism.
“There is no matter for which Isak is responsible at the level of Republika Srpska, neither in its legislation nor at the level of the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina,” said Stevandić.
