“Christian Schmidt, who falsely presents himself as the High Representative, is attempting to become the executioner of Republika Srpska,” emphasized the director of the Center for Social and Political Studies, Dušan Pavlović.
“Schmidt is trying to put a noose around Republika Srpska’s neck. He’s no longer a tourist. He’s trying to be the executioner of Republika Srpska. Who gave him the authority? Who persuaded him to try to be the executioner? That’s another question. He agreed to be an executioner but without legitimate grounds,” Pavlović added.
During his appearance on the third episode of the ‘The Border Exists’ podcast, Pavlović drew a connection between Schmidt and Nazi ideology.
“We published material on the Center for Social and Political Studies’ website about two months ago, a 10-12-page document with all the evidence of his affiliation with Nazi structures in Germany, citing solely German sources. There was a debate in the Bundestag about this topic, there are video recordings, and other evidence that he is a member of Nazi structures. How will he define that now?” Pavlović questioned.
He mentioned that Schmidt, in a press conference after the session of the Peace Implementation Council in BiH, admitted that he was not legitimately elected.
“It’s evident that we’re dealing with a person who lies, falsely represents himself, who is malicious, or, as someone from our nation might say, a scoundrel. Maybe he is, maybe he isn’t, I don’t know. Essentially, a person with a very weak character and, it seems, intelligence,” Pavlović assessed.
He emphasized that a “red line” has been crossed, and someone will be held accountable for it.
