A promotion of the children’s poetry collection “Who Is Stealing My Song” by Novi Grad author Srećko Marčeta was held in Novi Grad.
The event was organized by the National Library “Mladen Oljča,” whose director Maja Jovanić Kostadinović said that Marčeta has a rich literary opus and that the library carefully follows the interests of local readers, bringing in authors whose works have an audience.
“At the same time, we continuously support local creators, as we consider this extremely important for the development of the cultural scene,” Kostadinović said after last night’s promotion.
Marčeta stated that this is his second collection of 60 children’s poems and represents an effort to bring the beauty of language and imagination closer to the youngest readers.
