Dodik: state property does not exist and will not be put on the table

SNSD President Milorad Dodik reiterated today that state property does not exist and that there is not a single word about this issue in the Constitution of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

  • Yesterday, SDA and SDP adopted a joint statement on non-existent state property. A futile exercise by idle people. State property does not exist. Can you accept that fact once and for all? There is not a single word about it in the Constitution of Bosnia and Herzegovina – Dodik wrote on X.

Dodik asked how they imagine resolving a non-existent issue based on non-existent constitutional provisions in accordance with the Constitution.

  • But there is no point in discussing logic in Bosnia and Herzegovina. And Andrić once said: “When you enter Bosnia and Herzegovina, logic ceases” – Dodik stated.

He emphasized that SDA and SDP have once again expressed what he described as the desire of Bosniaks to dominate everything, but that this “desire will remain nothing more than wishful thinking.”

Dodik recalled that Bosnia and Herzegovina is a state union of two entities and three constituent peoples.

  • When they read the Constitution, they will understand who owns what and what we can negotiate about. The issue of property will never be put on the table, because it is simply impossible to discuss something that does not exist – Dodik said.
