Milorad Dodik described the Prime Minister of Hungary, Viktor Orbán, as a friend following Orbán’s remarks about him at the Conservative Political Action Conference in Budapest.
“Friend,” Dodik wrote on X after Orbán’s speech.
Earlier, Orbán stated that Dodik had “earned the highest title,” highlighting that he had endured U.S. sanctions, pressure from Germany, and what he described as political harassment from Bosnia and Herzegovina.
“Believe me, dear friends, we would collapse if we had to endure even half of what Dodik has gone through. But he succeeded—and thank you, Milorad, for being with us today,” Orbán said during his address at the conference, which Dodik attended.
