The Prime Minister of Republika Srpska, Savo Minić, extended congratulations on the Jewish holiday of Purim to the Jewish community in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Jewish municipalities, and all Jews in Republika Srpska and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
“On behalf of the Government of Republika Srpska and in my personal name, I wish you to celebrate the holiday of Purim in peace and prosperity with your loved ones.
May the spirit of salvation and joy carried by this great holiday fill the Jewish community and open the doors to a peaceful and prosperous future. By preserving the memory of ancestors who were instrumental in the salvation of the Jewish people, Jews protect tradition from oblivion and teach new generations enduring values. Happy Purim!” the congratulatory message from Prime Minister Savo Minić reads.
