An excellent meeting in Jerusalem with Republika Srpska Acting President Ana Trivišić Babić and SNSD leader Milorad Dodik, said Israeli Foreign Minister Gideon Sa’ar.
“I thanked them for their friendship and support,” Sa’ar wrote on X.
He emphasized that they discussed the shared threat of radical Islamism in their regions.
“We appreciate their promotion of Holocaust remembrance at a time of rising antisemitism in Europe and Bosnia and Herzegovina. Serbs are true friends of the Jewish people and the State of Israel,” Sa’ar stated.
Alongside Dodik and Trivišić Babić, the Republika Srpska delegation in Israel also includes Radovan Kovačević, Serb delegate to the House of Peoples of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
