In the 18th round of the Premier League, Borac defeated Posušje 3–1 in front of 1,200 spectators at the City Stadium in Banja Luka, extending their lead over closest rival Zrinjski by three points. Zrinjski drew 1–1 against Velež in the Mostar city derby.
The home side took the lead in the fifth minute. Zoran Kvržić crossed from the right, visiting goalkeeper David Denkovski attempted to punch the ball away, but it rebounded off Posušje player Danijel Katić and ended up in the net.
Just ten minutes later, the score was level. Marko Domančić shot from a tight angle on the right, the ball deflected off Viktor Rogan and wrong-footed the Borac goalkeeper for 1–1. In the 21st minute, Posušje nearly completed a full turnaround, but Ivan Kukavica’s attempt went just wide of the post. Borac regained the lead in the 33rd minute. Amer Hiroš delivered a cross, Sandie Ogrinec stretched to poke the ball past Stefan Savić and into Denkovski’s net.
In the 38th minute, the visitors created another big chance. José Daniel Mulato Palacios broke free from Siniša Saničanin and passed to Ante Živković, whose shot was cleared off the goal line by Haris Berbić with goalkeeper Jurkas beaten.
In the second half, Posušje pushed forward more aggressively, but their open play was punished in the 59th minute when a fast Borac counterattack was finished by Luka Juričić, scoring his 14th goal of the season.
