The Vrbas Wheelchair Basketball Club defeated Bosna with a score of 75:68 (16:14, 15:21, 19:17, 25:16) in the second round of the BiH Premier League.
The game was filled with excitement and several score reversals. The home team led 16:8 near the end of the first quarter, but Bosna turned it around early in the second to take a 17:16 lead.
The back-and-forth continued until halftime, with the Zenica side leading 35:31. Bosna maintained its advantage through the third quarter and entered the final ten minutes with a two-point lead, 52:50.
The decision came in the closing moments, when Vrbas players caught fire offensively, despite playing the final two minutes without Vlado Švraka, who fouled out with his fifth personal foul. Fortunately for the home team, that didn’t affect their momentum, and they celebrated their first victory of the new season — 75:68.
The most efficient players for Vrbas were Vlado Švraka with 33 points and Bojan Brkić with 26, while Suad Šutić led Bosna with 32 points.
