The stage musical “Women (Don’t) Go to Heaven” will have its premiere in Banjaluka on Tuesday evening.
This independent production by the Movement for Social Development and Cultural Integrity – Krasiva from Banjaluka is written by Danka Ignjatović, with music and arrangements by Mladen Matović, directed by Dajana Josipović, and produced by Natalija Trivić.
Ignjatović stated that now is the right moment for the performance of this work, which she described as the first original domestic musical.
Matović emphasized that a serious artistic effort was made and expressed confidence that the audience will enjoy the show, noting that the production plans to tour throughout the region.
Producer Trivić pointed out that the musical brought together a large creative team and announced that, after Banjaluka, the next premiere is already scheduled in Semberija, with plans for both a theatrical and festival life of the production.
The premiere performance of “Women (Don’t) Go to Heaven” will take place on Tuesday at 8:00 p.m. in the Obilićevo Theater Hall in Banjaluka.
