On behalf of Republika Srpska, the Serb people, and in his own name, President Milorad Dodik extended his heartfelt congratulations to Russian President Vladimir Putin on his birthday, Dodik wrote on X.
“I wish you good health, prosperity, and success in achieving your most important state goals. We highly value the friendly relations that have developed between Republika Srpska and the Russian Federation. May your wisdom, determination, and dedication serve the good of Russia and continue to strengthen the friendship between our brotherly nations,” Dodik stated.
