Minić and Macut: continuity of cooperation between the two governments demonstrates unity and unbreakable ties

Prime Minister of Republika Srpska Savo Minić met today in Banja Luka with the Prime Minister of Serbia Đuro Macut.

During the working meeting, they discussed the political situation in Republika Srpska, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and the region, as well as joint projects implemented by Srpska and Serbia, and overall cooperation between the two governments.

The prime ministers of Srpska and Serbia reviewed the agreements reached at the recently held session of the Council for Cooperation between Serbia and Republika Srpska in Belgrade. They emphasized that cooperation will continue in all areas, as outlined in the Declaration on the Protection of National and Political Rights and the Joint Future of the Serb People.

They particularly focused on strengthening cooperation in the fields of science, culture, and education, with the goal of implementing additional infrastructure projects and completing those already underway, further solidifying the ties between Srpska and Serbia.

They highlighted that the continuity of cooperation between the two governments delivers concrete results while also demonstrating unity and unbreakable bonds.

Prime Minister Minić thanked Prime Minister Macut for the support and assistance that Serbia consistently provides to Republika Srpska. He expressed confidence that cooperation will be further strengthened through the signing of new memorandums.

The meeting was also attended by the Minister of Education and Culture of Republika Srpska Borivoje Golubović, the Minister of Labor and Veterans’ Protection of Republika Srpska Danijel Egić, and the Minister of Culture in the Government of Serbia Nikola Selaković.
