The film “Witness”, produced in cooperation between Radio Television of Republika Srpska and the Republic Center for Research of War Crimes and Missing Persons, had its premiere screening in the United States.
The projection was organized by the Representation of Republika Srpska in the U.S., the Ministry for European Integration and International Cooperation, the Ministry of Education and Culture of Republika Srpska, and the Serb Film Festival in Washington.
The film tells the story of the suffering of the Serb people during the wars of the 1990s in the former Yugoslavia and the work of pathologist Zoran Stanković, who worked on more than 50 mass graves and performed over 7,500 autopsies.
The screenplay and direction of “Witness” are signed by Denis Bojić.
