Serb delegate in the House of Peoples of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH and SNSD spokesperson Radovan Kovačević emphasized that there are Americans who respect the Serb people and believe that the U.S. approach toward them has been wrong and unfair, and that Republika Srpska will cooperate with them and show them respect.
“Yes, there are Americans who did not bomb us. Yes, there are Americans who did not persecute us or impose sanctions. Yes, there are Americans who have never spoken a bad word about Serbs. And yes, we will cooperate with them and show them respect,” Kovačević stated on X.
He added that Republika Srpska will not take lessons from those who cannot get over the fact that in America, those who persecuted, demonized, sanctioned, bombed, and killed Srpska have lost.
“And we will certainly not take lessons from those who accepted and cooperated with foreigners whose only agenda was the disappearance of Republika Srpska and the Serb people, such as Murphy and Schmidt,” he concluded.
