Derventa will close out September with running, socializing, and good fun. On Sunday, the 28th of this month, the city will host the 1st Derventa Ten, a street athletics race that will bring together some of the best road runners from the region.
The event is organized by the Derventa City Tourist Organization, with the Derventa Athletics Club as co-organizer.
“We expect athletes from Novi Pazar, Crvena Zvezda, as well as our best runners. There will also be children’s races and races for participants over 50 and 60 years old. We believe a large number of competitors will sign up. In addition to the 10 km race, a 5 km race is also planned,” said Dalibor Vrhovac, head of the Derventa Athletics Club.
