Christian Schmidt has delivered yet another blow to Republika Srpska. The illegitimate foreigner has now imposed a decision in the “Viadukt” case to the detriment of Srpska.
In resolving the arbitration ruling in the case Viadukt and Others v. Bosnia and Herzegovina, Schmidt imposed a decision mandating that the financial compensation be taken from excise revenue collected in the single account—specifically from the portion belonging to Republika Srpska.
Schmidt also imposed another decision today related to the election process, in which he “envisioned” that the Central Bank of Bosnia and Herzegovina must provide funds for new voting technologies.
Republika Srpska does not recognize Christian Schmidt as High Representative, as there is no relevant UN Security Council resolution confirming his appointment, unlike all previous High Representatives who were appointed through such resolutions.
