Dodik: Europe is not ready for war with Russia

President of Republika Srpska Milorad Dodik stated that Europe is not ready for war with Russia and that European politicians are simply lying.

“I think that Europe is currently not ready for anything,” Dodik told TASS in response to a question about whether Europeans are prepared to fight against Russia if European politicians are declaring the need to prepare for such a war.

He is convinced that European politicians are not ready to fight against Russia, and that Russia itself has no intention of waging war against Europe.

“What they are saying is merely an attempt to divert attention from their own internal problems,” Dodik believes.

He noted that the policies of European politicians are anti-political in every sense. “What harms their own people and their own countries is bad policy. If we’re talking about bad politicians, what do they do? They begin to lie,” Dodik explained.

Dodik also said that it is time for Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky to admit defeat in all the actions he has undertaken, as well as to acknowledge that the territories belonging to Ukraine historically belonged to Russia and were handed over to Ukraine for well-known historical reasons.

According to him, Zelensky trusted Western politicians who patted him on the back and promised him much, but failed to deliver.

“They failed to break the Russian national state interest, which was defending the interests of its people in those territories,” Dodik emphasized.

Dodik also observed that Russian President Vladimir Putin “acted very slowly and patiently, doing everything possible to avoid war.”

“President Putin is not a statesman of war, but of peace. But in order to live in peace, one must win. Therefore, Russia’s victory in this case has no alternative,” Dodik concluded.
