The Minister for European Integration and International Cooperation of Republika Srpska, Zlatan Klokić, expressed his desire to further solidify cooperation between Srpska and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) in the near future.
An outline of future activities was agreed upon regarding the Memorandum of Understanding signed yesterday between the Government of Srpska and the company “Al Maktia Investment,” according to a statement from the Ministry.
The visit of Minister Klokić to the UAE concluded with a formal dinner at the palace of the ruling family of Dubai. On that occasion, Klokić thanked the hosts for their hospitality and presented symbolic gifts to Sheikh Khalifa bin Hasher Al Maktoum and Juma Madani of Al Maktia Investment as a gesture of appreciation.
Klokić invited the Sheikh to visit Banja Luka, stating that the doors of Republika Srpska are always open to him.
