President of Republika Srpska Milorad Dodik arrived this evening at Pulkovo Airport in Saint Petersburg. Tomorrow, he will participate in the International Economic Forum in Saint Petersburg.
The President of Republika Srpska emphasized that participation in the forum is an opportunity to strengthen contacts not only with the Russian Federation but also with other friendly countries.
“I am very glad to be back in Saint Petersburg and in Russia, and I am very pleased to have the opportunity to participate in the forum once again. This is a global event, held under the patronage of the President of the Russian Federation. We are very proud to be able to call Russia our friend. Orthodoxy is what unites us—Serbs and Russians are proud of their shared history,” Dodik said in an interview for TV Saint Petersburg.
Dodik also underlined that Republika Srpska and Russia have established strong ties in the fields of healthcare, education, culture, energy, and the oil industry.
