Borac ranked highest among clubs in Bosnia and Herzegovina

In the updated version of the UEFA club rankings, Banja Luka’s Borac holds the highest position among all clubs from Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The red-and-blues, who made a major breakthrough in European competition last season by reaching the Round of 16 in the UEFA Europa Conference League, currently occupy the 121st place on the UEFA rankings. Borac earned 8.125 points, bringing their coefficient to 13.625. Their previous coefficient was 5.5, clearly indicating the club’s significant progress.

Among other clubs from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Zrinjski is ranked 152nd with a coefficient of 10. Sarajevo follows at 252nd place with 6 points, then Velež at 310th with 4.5, and Željezničar at 366th with 2.5 points.

Globally, Real Madrid tops the UEFA rankings, followed by Manchester City, Bayern Munich, Liverpool, and Paris Saint-Germain.

Regarding the national coefficient, Bosnia and Herzegovina has also made progress. Last year, it finished in 39th place with 10 points, while this year it climbed to 34th place with a total of 13.031 points.
