President of Republika Srpska Milorad Dodik called on Bosniaks to accept Bosnia and Herzegovina as a state built on agreements and mutual understanding.
“Rise as a people of sovereignty, not of submission. Accept the legitimately elected representatives of Serbs and Croats. Reach agreements with us and the Croats and stand by them. We respect the Croats in Bosnia and Herzegovina, but you must also respect us. Your rights are our rights. We support your demands as a constituent people and your right to equality for all. Numbers do not matter here—what matters is the principle,” Dodik stated in a post on the social media platform X, where he also shared a segment of his speech from the special session of the National Assembly of Republika Srpska held two days ago.
