“We are proposing cooperation and partnership. We already have proven friends and partners across the world. Now we are looking for a partner in the United States,” stated Milorad Dodik, President of Republika Srpska.
“I agree with the words of U.S. Vice President J.D. Vance that Europe and America have become complacent within the security framework of the past 30 years — a framework created during the Clinton era, conceived by those who aimed to build states according to their own preferences, and one that cannot respond to the challenges of the next 30 years,” Dodik wrote in a post on the social media platform X.
