The winners of the traditional “Liberation Race” in Kozarska Dubica in the senior category are Tea Faber from Zagreb and Uroš Gutić from Nevesinje.
The race, organized to mark the Municipality Day, was held in nine categories, with the seniors, members of athletics clubs from Kozarska Dubica, cities, and municipalities across Republika Srpska and the surrounding region, competing first.
Tea Faber competes for the Athletics Club “Fit” from Zaprešić, while Gutić runs for AK “Borac” from Banja Luka.
Trophies, medals, and cash prizes were awarded by the head of the municipality, Igor Savković, who expressed satisfaction with the large number of participants and visitors.
In the junior category, the fastest runners were Jovana Radulović and David Mirković from Prnjavor, while the most successful high school students were Nina Burazor and Luka Grgić.
Elementary school students and children from kindergartens also participated, and after the competitive part of the program, participants of the “Amateur Singers” competition from Kozarska Dubica performed.
