This evening in Zvornik, the poetry collection “Dreambook for the Awake” by Milan Nikolić from Bijeljina was presented, featuring poems divided into several cycles.
Nikolić told Srna that the book “Dreambook for the Awake” includes 70 poems, with love, reflective, and patriotic poetry taking center stage.

He explained that the poems are mostly related to beautiful events, but also to tragic ones, such as the March pogrom against Serbs in Kosovo and Metohija.
Recalling the words of poet Pero Zubac that patriotic poems must be free of chauvinism and any kind of pathos, Nikolić said that his poems are patriotic with an epic-lyrical character, meaning they carry a tone of love, reflection, and thoughtfulness.
Reviewer Slobodan Jović said that it was worth waiting for these poetic contributions with which Nikolić now gifts the readers.
The Youth Center and “As Oglas Publishing” from Zvornik organized the presentation of this book.
