Dodik congratulates Israel on Independence Day

The President of Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik, sent congratulations on the occasion of Israel’s Independence Day – Yom Ha’atzmaut, celebrated from April 30 to May 1, 2025, to the President of the State of Israel, Isaac Herzog, and the Prime Minister of the State of Israel, Benjamin Netanyahu.

“Dear Mr. Herzog, President of Israel, I would like to extend my congratulations to you, the State of Israel, and the people of Israel on the occasion of Israel’s Independence Day – Yom Ha’atzmaut, along with wishes for peace, health, and success throughout the State of Israel, as well as wherever Jewish people live and work. Since 1948, when Israel declared independence, until today, the State of Israel and its people have faced numerous challenges and suffering. Our duty is to remember these events, the suffering, and the people who endured the most. I take this opportunity to wish you the greatest personal happiness, much success in your mandate, as well as peace and security for the people of the State of Israel,” stated the congratulatory message from the President of Srpska.

He wished the State of Israel many more years of celebrating Yom Ha’atzmaut.

“Dear Prime Minister of Israel, I would like to extend my congratulations to you, the State of Israel, and the people of Israel on the occasion of Israel’s Independence Day – Yom Ha’atzmaut, with wishes for peace, health, and success throughout the State of Israel, as well as wherever Jewish people live and work. Since October 7, 2024, the State of Israel has been going through its most difficult moments since its founding in 1948. Republika Srpska remains firmly by Israel’s side in these challenging times, times of fighting against terrorism!” reads the congratulatory message addressed to the Prime Minister of the State of Israel.
