The agricultural cooperative “Agronova” from Novi Grad has branded its cooperative products under the name “ReneSana.”
The director of the cooperative, Darko Vujanović, told Srna that they are engaged in vegetable production and have branded their pickled product line, including radish, cucumber, cabbage, beetroot, and pepper.
“We also have jam and cold-pressed juice,” said Vujanović, adding that both cooperative and contracted farmers’ vegetables and fruits are processed.
The brand is named “ReneSana” to symbolically highlight the renewal of cooperative production in the Potkozarje and Podgrmeč areas.
The agricultural cooperative “Agronova” was founded in 2018, launched open-field vegetable production with contractors in 2019, and started greenhouse production in 2022.
The cooperative has about 60 contractors producing vegetables on around 150 dunums in open fields and cultivating green onions and potatoes in 50 greenhouses.
Another agricultural cooperative, “Agrojapra” from Donji Agići near Novi Grad, branded 15 cooperative products in 2019, marketed in BiH under the name “Izvor – Traditional Agriculture of Podgrmeč.”
The cooperative’s director, Nada Nešković Railić, said that they branded cold-pressed oils, including pumpkin and sunflower oil, dried plums with and without pits, apple chips, and wholegrain flours – wheat, rye, buckwheat, corn, and pumpkin seed flour – along with three types of pumpkin seeds.
She noted that the raw materials for all products are domestically sourced, mostly from the Podgrmeč area, ensuring high quality.
