Višković: Unlike politicians from Sarajevo, the leadership of Republika Srpska has not violated a single article of the Constitution

Unlike politicians from Sarajevo, the leadership of Republika Srpska has not violated a single article of the Constitution, said the Prime Minister of Republika Srpska, Radovan Višković, during an appearance on RTRS show Telering.

“Radovan Višković, Nenad Stevandić, and Milorad Dodik have not violated any article of the Constitution. If they could find any, they would have done so immediately. On the other hand, you have a large number of politicians who blatantly violate the Constitution of Bosnia and Herzegovina. They act as if they have a divine right to do so without consequences, believing it is their country, their Court, their Prosecutor’s Office,” Višković stated.

The Prime Minister of Republika Srpska emphasized that none of them invented the 14 priorities that Bosnia and Herzegovina must fulfill on its path to the European Union.

“Among those priorities is the closure of the OHR and reform of the Constitutional Court due to the fact that three foreign judges sit there. How is it now possible that the EU is backing away from its own reforms and conclusions? Based on current thinking and attitudes toward these matters, Bosnia and Herzegovina will never join the EU. The SNSD, together with the HDZ, was the leader in adopting European laws,” Višković stressed.

He pointed out that Sarajevo is also under a major delusion, which they cultivated together with Michael Murphy, the former U.S. ambassador.

“They believed they could achieve their wartime goals from 1992 to 1995 through the Court and Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina. More than 30 years have passed since the war—let’s focus on the future and leave history to the historians. That Murphy who left Bosnia and Herzegovina is no longer even mentioned, while all the problems remained with the citizens,” Višković concluded.
