“When the Special Prosecutor’s Office and Court are fully established, we will begin taking action. Anyone appearing in the territory of Republika Srpska with identification or acting on behalf of the unconstitutional Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina and SIPA will be detained because such actions are illegal,” said Republika Srpska President Milorad Dodik at a press conference.
“We will exercise our right, and our right is to enact the law and enforce it,” Dodik emphasized.
