The President of Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik, signed decrees this evening for the promulgation of laws adopted at the special session of the National Assembly of Republika Srpska, which prohibit the operation of the Court and Prosecutor’s Office of BiH, SIPA, and the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council (HJPC) of BiH.
The President of Republika Srpska has signed the following decrees:
- Law on the Non-Implementation of Laws and the Prohibition of Activities of Unconstitutional Institutions of BiH
- Law on the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of Republika Srpska
- Law on Amendments to the Criminal Code of Republika Srpska
- Law on the Special Register and Public Transparency of Non-Profit Organizations
These laws stem from the conclusions of the National Assembly of Republika Srpska (NSRS) regarding the information on the violation of the BiH Constitution and measures for its protection.
