The United States favors Muslim Bosnia over Republika Srpska because it has not yet realized that this artificial creation, dominated by Muslims and established by the State Department, has become a haven for Muslim extremists who later came to America and killed Americans. Meanwhile, Republika Srpska supports the current U.S. administration and President Donald Trump, said former New York City Mayor and close Trump ally, Rudolph Giuliani.
- “The State Department is not just on the wrong side of this issue; one could say that the State Department actually created this Bosnia and, in doing so, provided a safe haven for Islamic extremists in the 1990s—extremists who later came to the U.S. and killed Americans. This is where ISIS and Al-Qaeda trained; this is where they celebrate everything bad that happens to us and despise Israel, yet we still favor Bosnia over Republika Srpska because the State Department has yet to realize what is actually happening. But first, you have to understand who is truly running the State Department,” Giuliani said in a video posted on X.
He emphasized that he does not blame the Secretary of State personally but is merely stating the fact that the deep state runs America.
- “This is why Trump was elected; it shows why the State Department’s priority is not ‘America First’ but rather ‘do not offend Muslims first,'” Giuliani stated.
He pointed out that the division of Bosnia and Herzegovina into Republika Srpska (49%) and the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (51%) was the result of a group of global leftists, led by former President Bill Clinton.
- “They came up with this ridiculous solution—only one-world government fools could draw arbitrary borders like this, which inevitably leads to constant trouble, if not war. It almost never works when imposed on a country. It was a disaster from the start when Clinton’s people created this Bosnia, which gradually became a refuge for Muslim terrorists—Al-Qaeda, ISIS, and other groups whose names we don’t even know yet,” Giuliani stressed.
According to him, what matters most to America is that such U.S. policy toward Bosnia has directly contributed to the deaths of American citizens on two occasions—September 11, 2001, and October 7, 2023.
- “Beyond that, when our citizens were killed, celebrations took place in this Muslim-dominated country. They were quite pleased on October 7 last year when Palestinian militants carried out a brutal, animalistic attack on Israeli women and children. They supported Hamas in its efforts to terrorize Israel and voted in every possible way to impose restrictions on Israel,” Giuliani said.
On the other hand, he continued, Republika Srpska and its President Milorad Dodik have consistently supported Israel.
- “Dodik received statements of support from [Israeli Prime Minister] Benjamin Netanyahu for his stance in favor of Israel. They also support President Trump. Instead of celebrating the killing of Americans on September 11, instead of facilitating the arrival of murderers in America, they celebrated when Donald Trump was elected president,” Giuliani noted.
According to him, the “Clinton-era geniuses”—Marxist-educated individuals both in the U.S. and much of Western Europe—deliberately created trouble in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
- “Instead of recognizing the Serbs and establishing a state for them—since Muslims supposedly ‘have the right to a state’—they decided to place a large number of Serbs under Muslim domination, where it is even questionable whether Muslims are truly the majority,” Giuliani said, recalling that official data states that 49% of Bosnia and Herzegovina is Serb. However, he questioned whether that calculation is accurate.
- “This is yet another grotesque violation of the First Amendment and basic human rights,” Giuliani concluded.
