Hatred towards Republika Srpska and everything Serb is the only guiding principle of the incomplete Constitutional Court of BiH, which is effectively the gravedigger of Bosnia and Herzegovina, stated Sinisa Karan, professor of constitutional law, in a statement for Srna.
“Serbs are a constituent people in the state union called Bosnia and Herzegovina, and this constituency means that the people possess their own indigenous identity, historical roots, cultural distinctiveness, as well as religious, national, and other unique characteristics,” explained Professor Karan.
Responding to Srna’s inquiry regarding the temporary measure imposed by the incomplete Constitutional Court of BiH, which prohibits the display of foreign flags on institutions of Republika Srpska, Karan asserted that neither the incomplete Constitutional Court nor Bosniak political representatives seem willing to accept the fact that Bosnia and Herzegovina is not the Socialist Republic of BiH, was not created on March 1st, and is neither a unitary state nor a Bosniak state.
“No matter how difficult it may be for them to accept, Republika Srpska was a fully functional state from 1992 to 1995 and incorporated that statehood into Dayton Bosnia and Herzegovina,” Karan stated.
He emphasized that the Serb people have faced many adversaries from Sretenje to the present day and have triumphed over all of them.
“That victory is called Republika Srpska and Serbia,” concluded Professor Karan.
