President of Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik, stated during his trial at the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina that the entire legal process against him and the acting director of the Official Gazette of Republika Srpska, Miloš Lukić, is full of inconsistencies and that his human rights are being violated.
Dodik described the Court’s conclusion that the defense is attempting to delay the process as biased, adding that he has been subjected to public persecution throughout the proceedings. He emphasized that the court allowed an expert witness to falsely accuse and discriminate against him, treating him unfairly.

“You did not even accept the medical documentation regarding my surgery and health condition,” Dodik told Judge Sena Uzunović.
He also questioned whether political motives were behind the apparent rush to expedite the trial.
The proceedings will continue with the testimony of witness Siniša Karan, who previously provided a legal analysis of the constitutional and legal system of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Republika Srpska.
