Republika Srpska successfully showcased its potential at the International Tourism Fair in Vienna, with expectations of a significant influx of Austrian tourists to Srpska in the spring, stated Sanela Šimun, Public Relations Associate at the Republic’s Tourism Organization, for Srna.
Šimun expressed satisfaction with the strong interest shown by visitors to the four-day fair, which concluded this evening.
“This is the largest tourism fair in Austria and attracts a significant number of Austrian tour operators. The fair featured 70 countries from around the world, more than 700 exhibitors, and over 150,000 visitors,” Šimun noted.
She emphasized the importance of Srpska’s participation in the event and extended gratitude to the Representative Office of Republika Srpska in Austria and the Ministry of Trade and Tourism of Srpska for their support in organizing and promoting Srpska’s offer in Vienna.
At the Tourism Organization’s exhibition space, several organizations presented their offers, including the tourism organizations of Banja Luka, Trebinje, East Sarajevo, and Prijedor, as well as the Olympic Center “Jahorina,” Krajiška Kuća, Banja Vrućica, Terme “Ozren,” and Hotel “Marriott.”
