The Serb member and Chairwoman of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Željka Cvijanović, met today in her office in Sarajevo with EUFOR Commander in BiH, Major General László Stič, to discuss the political situation in Republika Srpska and BiH, as well as the current security situation, which was assessed as stable.
It was emphasized during the meeting that all challenges in BiH are exclusively political in nature, rather than security-related.
The meeting was part of General Stič’s farewell visit, as stated in a press release from the Presidency of BiH.
Cvijanović expressed her gratitude to Stič for the excellent cooperation and professional approach during his term and wished him success in his future endeavors, the statement added.
