A ceremonial academy is currently taking place in the Borik Sports Hall in Banja Luka to celebrate Republika Srpska Day.
The event is attended by officials from Republika Srpska and Serbia, as well as His Holiness Serbian Patriarch Porfirije.
Among those present are the Presidents of the National Assemblies of Republika Srpska and Serbia, Nenad Stevandić and Ana Brnabić, the Serb member and Chairwoman of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Željka Cvijanović, Prime Ministers Radovan Višković and Miloš Vučević, ministers from both governments, Serbian representatives in Bosnia and Herzegovina’s joint institutions, and ambassadors.
The academy began with the anthems “My Republic” and “God of Justice” performed by the Mixed Choir and the Symphony Orchestra of the National Theatre of Republika Srpska.
