The First Secretary of the Belarusian Embassy in Hungary, Vasily Panaryadov, expressed satisfaction today in Bijeljina over the fact that agreements reached in February between the presidents of Belarus and Republika Srpska, Alexander Lukashenko and Milorad Dodik, have already been implemented.
Panaryadov, speaking in Vršani near Bijeljina, where keys to “Belarus” tractors were distributed to 48 beneficiaries, noted that agreements on tractor deliveries had been supported by relevant ministers from Belarus and Srpska, with a corresponding protocol signed in May.
“We are now delivering our tractors to Srpska,” Panaryadov stated.
He emphasized that the cooperation between Republika Srpska and Belarus deserves the highest praise and that such events provide additional momentum for enhancing collaboration in other areas.
The procurement of tractors from Belarus for farmers in Srpska is the result of an agreement between the presidents of Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik, and Belarus, Alexander Lukashenko.
Eligibility for tractor support was granted to individuals and independent entrepreneurs engaged in agricultural production within Srpska, who are registered in the Agricultural Holdings Register and are under 40 years of age.
Beneficiaries are entitled to financial support for purchasing only one tractor, while those who have already received incentives for tractor purchases in the past ten years are not eligible under this regulation.
The tractors range from 78 to 140 horsepower.
