The basketball players of Banja Luka’s Borac will host Ilirija tomorrow in the 5th round of the ABA 2 League. A victory in this match would secure Borac’s place in the next phase of the competition.
Borac’s coach, Marko Šćekić, highlighted the importance of the upcoming game:
- “This is the most important game of the season for us. Ilirija is a talented and young team, also fighting for a spot in the second round of the regional competition. It will be a tough match, but we have prepared well. We are glad to be back in the Borik arena. Our strengths are strong defense and our perimeter game, including long-range shooting,” said Šćekić.
The game between Borac and Ilirija will be played tomorrow at the Borik Sports Hall, starting at 6 PM.
