Karan: Even protectorates have rules, but BiH is nothing

“I was wrong when I said BiH is a protectorate, because even protectorates have rules, while BiH is nothing,” stated the Minister of Internal Affairs of Republika Srpska, Siniša Karan.

“BiH is living a completely unconstitutional existence; the Prosecutor’s Office and the Court of BiH have no basis in the Constitution of BiH, as they were imposed by someone who cannot be a legislator,” Karan emphasized.

Commenting on the trial of the President of Republika Srpska, Karan pointed out that both the Court of BiH and the Constitutional Court of BiH should, as in previous years, confirm that high representatives are not legislators, as this is a violation of the Constitution, constitutional principles, legality, the rule of law, and justice.

“This trial is not against the President of Republika Srpska; it’s a trial of an unconstitutional BiH, which is why the original Dayton Agreement, which has been abused and misinterpreted for 30 years, remains hidden. At this trial, the court is essentially judging itself and this unconstitutional BiH. To call this a political process is an understatement, as it demonstrates 30 years of efforts to promote the formation of a unitary, ‘citizen-based, Bosniak state.’ Bosniaks consider this their state, but they have not, even 30 years after the Dayton Agreement, accepted the fact that this is a state of three nations,” Karan stressed.

Karan noted that all peace agreements up to the Dayton Agreement recognized BiH as a state of three nations, except for the Bosniaks and Bosniak politics, which have been partially supported by the international community.

“They still give false hope that this will become a ‘Bosniak state,’ but it won’t. It cannot be a unitary and citizen-based state. Multiethnic states have only one possible framework for coexistence, and that is called a federal state,” Karan concluded.
