Lepojević: In Sarajevo, it is not Dodik on trial, but the institution of the President of Srpska

The trial in Sarajevo is not a trial of Milorad Dodik but of the institution of the President of Republika Srpska, which also means it is a trial against Republika Srpska itself, says Milan Lepojević, author of The End of the Vampire’s Ball, a book about the suffering of Serbs in the 20th century.

“When I attended one of these staged trials, I noticed the rusted fence in front of the BiH Court, which I see as a symbol of the disintegrating state of BiH,” stated Lepojević.

The End of the Vampire’s Ball is Milan Lepojević’s latest work, in which he reflects on the persecution and suffering of Serbs at the end of the 20th and the beginning of the 21st century. This book was recently presented at the Belgrade Book Fair.

“The book has four chapters, covering events in the Independent State of Croatia from 1941 to 1945, where we demonstrate that at least 700,000 Serbs were killed during those four years. It also addresses Srebrenica throughout the war, the 1995 bombing of Republika Srpska, and the 1999 NATO bombing of Serbia. As a people, we must never forget these tragedies,” Lepojević emphasized.

He further noted that throughout the 20th century, Serb history was written in Vienna.

“Unfortunately, these are not truths but falsifications. We now see the latest campaign and persecution of Professor Miloš Ković,” Lepojević added.
