“Invest Srpska 2024” will be held on Jahorina on November 12 and 13, combining an investment conference and a forum where prominent representatives from domestic and international institutions, companies, and organizations will have the opportunity to explore Srpska as a desirable investment destination.
The Investment-Development Bank (IRB) of Republika Srpska highlights that attendees will have the chance to learn about public investments, projects across various economic sectors, and to discuss potential future business collaborations.
On the first day, the Fourth Investment Conference will address current global developments and their impacts on regional socio-economic trends, export promotion methods, and the investment appeal of Republika Srpska on the international stage.
The second day is reserved for the Second Invest Forum, which will showcase specific investment opportunities in Republika Srpska, from public projects to investments in business and industrial zones.
The Forum’s focus is on connecting international companies with companies from Republika Srpska through B2B meetings, with additional presentations of offers to sell companies or projects from Srpska to foreign investors.
The “Invest Srpska 2024” event is organized by IRB in cooperation with the Government of Republika Srpska and supported by the President of Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik, at the “Termag” hotel complex on Jahorina.
This year, IRB secured a major international partner – the “AIM Congress,” the world’s largest investment platform with a portfolio of over 20,000 investors from 175 countries.
IRB noted that “Invest Srpska” continues to address current developments and needs essential for the further growth and development of Srpska and the prosperity of its citizens.
Through the previous three investment conferences (held in Laktaši in 2021, Prijedor in 2022, and Teslić in 2023), significant progress has been made in promoting investment potential and the support offered to investors by IRB.
The “Invest Srpska” brand also led to the creation of the first “Invest Forum,” a major event held in Banja Luka in September 2023, where representatives from government, industry, financial institutions, and investors from 22 countries gathered. IRB received a clear message that Srpska is recognized as a promising place for investment.
The IRB emphasized that the successes and outcomes of previous investment conferences and the Investment Forum affirm their vision and the value of events like “Invest Srpska.”
