Government report to the UN Security Council refutes falsehoods about Srpska

The report adopted by the Government of Republika Srpska and submitted to the United Nations Security Council is comprehensive and prevents the spread of falsehoods about Srpska, stated Prime Minister Radovan Višković.

“The report is structured in three sections. We emphasize that since the signing of the Dayton Peace Agreement, we have not acted as disruptors of Bosnia and Herzegovina but instead have insisted on respect for the Constitution,” Višković added.

In the second section of the report, he highlighted the increasing attempts at centralization in Bosnia and Herzegovina and the interference of the unauthorized Christian Schmidt, who exercises powers that are not his.

“Through his decisions, he attempts to impose laws. We also address the legal proceedings against the President of Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik, currently taking place in the court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, presenting all of this in chronological order. In the third section, we demonstrate that Srpska is committed to the European path but also desires visibility on this path while retaining its constitutional framework—two entities and three constituent peoples,” Višković noted.

The Government of Republika Srpska adopted its 32nd report and submitted it to the United Nations Security Council. Among other points, the document emphasizes Srpska’s commitment to the Dayton Agreement and affirms that respecting the Constitution of Bosnia and Herzegovina is a duty for both domestic and international actors.
