Today, a new hearing is scheduled at the Court of BiH in the case against the president of Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik, and the acting director of the Official Gazette, Miloš Lukić. The trial is expected to proceed with the presentation of rebuttal evidence by the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH, while the Court is also set to address, at the defense team’s objection, the statement by SDA President Bakir Izetbegović, who claimed to have received a signal from the international community to condemn the president of Republika Srpska.
The president’s attorney, Goran Bubić, emphasizes that Izetbegović’s statement, besides being offensive, has generated distrust in the work of the Court, the defense team, and the president of Republika Srpska himself.
