The footballers of Borac staged an impressive comeback to secure three points in an away game at “Pecara.”
Banja Luka’s team celebrated a 3:2 win, despite initially trailing 0:2.
The home team took an early lead with goals from Miroslav Iličić and Domagoj Jelavić, securing a significant advantage within the first 15 minutes.
However, Borac didn’t give up and quickly fought back.
In the 22nd minute, Đorđe Despotović completed a brilliant play by the visiting team with a goal, followed by Zoran Kvržić’s equalizer just five minutes later.
At the start of the second half, Despotović once again found himself in the right place, sealing Borac’s complete comeback. Borac is now in second place with 25 points.
