The Director of the Olympic Center Jahorina, Dejan Ljevnaić, announced that, ahead of the new winter season, they will correct the mistake that skiers most criticized last year by fully adjusting the price of ski passes to the availability of ski slopes.
“We are aware that we made certain mistakes last season, but this year we are fully committed to correcting those errors and providing a fairer and more flexible payment system that will be entirely in line with the condition of the slopes and the quality of the offer,” Ljevnaić stated.
He added that they expect excellent results in the upcoming winter season, noting that forecasts indicate favorable weather conditions.
According to Ljevnaić, the Olympic Center team carefully monitors the wishes and needs of visitors and is ready to provide skiers with top-notch conditions on the slopes, with the primary focus on the general interest and satisfaction of guests.
“For this reason, everything we do is aligned with your expectations and for your benefit. This year, we introduced a more flexible ticket pricing model, where the price will depend on the condition and quality of the slopes. This decision was made to offer skiers the best possible value for their money and to highlight our commitment to responsible and transparent business practices,” Ljevnaić emphasized.
He called on all tourism operators in Jahorina to follow their example to collectively contribute to improving the overall quality of the tourist offer, as stated by the Olympic Center Jahorina.
“Our goal is for Jahorina to become synonymous with a complete skiing experience, one that every visitor will remember fondly and eagerly return to,” Ljevnaić concluded.
