Serb member of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Željka Cvijanović, emphasized that Alija Izetbegović is a “peacemaker” according to the tastes and criteria of the OHR.
“There is no peace or coexistence between the Islamic faith and non-Islamic social and political institutions.” – A peaceful quote from the peaceful Islamic Declaration written by, to paraphrase the OHR, the famous peacemaker and savior of human lives, Alija Izetbegović,” stated Cvijanović in a post on Instagram.
She added that the same Izetbegović claimed he would sacrifice peace for a sovereign Bosnia and Herzegovina, which he soon did, to the detriment of all peoples in BiH.
“In the picture, by the way, are well-known peacemakers from the El Mujahedin unit, who during the jihad in BiH beheaded Serbs and Croats and expelled them from their centuries-old hearths. There is also their local war commander, today a convicted and then fleeing war criminal, Sakib Mahmuljin. A wonderful company, all peacemakers according to the tastes and criteria of the OHR,” Cvijanović added.
It is worth noting that the OHR “clarified” Christian Schmidt’s statement in which he compared Ratko Mladić and Alija Izetbegović in the same context, stating that Mladić is a “convicted war criminal responsible for the genocide in Srebrenica,” while Alija Izetbegović was a “key figure in achieving peace and the Dayton Peace Agreement.”
