The First Gathering of Surveyors from Serbia and Republika Srpska has begun on Fruška Gora in Serbia.
This inaugural gathering has brought together around 500 participants from Serbia, Republika Srpska, the region, Europe, and beyond.
The goal of the event is to ensure the modernization and continued advancement of geodesy. In a time of rapid technological changes, the surveying community is demonstrating its readiness to shape the future and contribute to sustainable development through its expertise.
The event is organized by the Republic Geodetic Authority, the Republic Administration for Geodetic and Property Affairs of Republika Srpska, the Military Geographical Institute “General Stevan Bošković,” as well as the Associations of Surveying Organizations from Serbia—”Geoudruženja”—and the Society of Geodetic Engineers and Surveyors of Republika Srpska.
