Have you tried Gatačka tepsija?

Gatačka tepsija is a dish made from the meat of an indigenous breed from Herzegovina – the Gatačko calf.

This native breed of grey cattle grazes on medicinal herbs on the slopes of Herzegovinian mountains, giving the meat a unique aroma.

The meat, cheese, kaymak, or skorup are of exceptional quality and flavor, and these products can be tasted in one of the restaurants in Gacko or purchased at the local green market.
